Chris, I am a bit confused...it appears that maybe there are too many tables (yes, yes it happens). tblComputer is the main - the Device, Make and Model should be another tbl (DeviceName, DeviceMake, Device Model).  I am also not sure why you need a combobox - if it is to match a device to a computer - I would create a form for computer and a subform for the Device info Am I missing something - let me know - I would like to help you.
