Refreshing an imported table in Microsoft Access

(Rob) Another fun problem I ran into recently and couldn't find an answer to using Google: You have a table that you've imported, and you want to refresh the contents of that table. The main problem is that if you simply delete the table and then re-import, you will lose all of the information about that table in your queries. If it's a complex query, then that could be problematic. Here's the solution.
