(Jeffrey Donnell) This document reviews the steps that a beginner should take in order to transfer a completely formatted Excel graph into a Microsoft Word document. Specifically, this document explains:

1) How to select and copy the formatted plot;
2) How to find Word’s Paste Special menu and use Word’s Paste Special dialog box;
3) How to resize the graph using Word’s Format Object dialog box.
