(C Standfield) With Word you can put a border around the text or you can shade the background around text in a paragraph or in a table. To add a border to text, select the paragraph(s), then click the Borders drop down button on the Formatting toolbar and select the desired border. There are 13 options to chose from: Outside Border, All Borders, Top Border, Left Border, Inside Horizontal Border, Descending Diagonal, Horizontal Line, Inside Borders, No Border, Bottom Border, Right Border, Inside Vertical Border, and Ascending Diagonal.
