Password protecting your Word 2003 documents

When your password is set in your Word document, be sure that you keep it in a safe place because the password can’t be recovered once it is set. When your password protected document is opened, users will be presented with a dialog box that prompts them to enter a password. This is a great option to use for sensitive documents that require security. Passwords are case sensitive so be sure that you check the CAPS LOCK key option on your keyboard.

Maintaining Address Block Centering (through Window Envelopes) in Mass Mailings

I'm trying to do a mass mailing of # 10 window envelopes. You're allowed, by USPS, a maximum of 5 lines for your address block. You're always trying to keep the address block centered (in Printer's terms - Registering) in the center of the envelope's window - so that is passes the USPS envelope "Tap Test for window envelopes." - as outlined in their Domestic Mail Manual.(DMM) However, not every address will contain 5 lines of data - some will contain less. When you've calibrated your envelope stuffing equipment to register a 5-line address block to an envelope's window, the stuffing process will proceed fine UNTIL - you wind up with less lines in the address block! Then you'll find the "dear john doe" line showing in the window area (or some data that might be above the address block) showing through the window. My question is - "How do you maintain address block centering/registration through window envelopes(in a WORD document Mail-Merge) when the number of lines is constantly changing in the address block?"
